Democrat publicly flummoxed when asked to provide the legal basis for Obama's executive order amnesty



Come on guys.  You know there is an argument.  Expect to be asked, and give the answer.  Unless, of course, these pols don't expect their lapdog media pals to ask, and this guy was blindsided.

  1. Of course there is no legal precedent...but Obama will set a precedent that the Democrats may not be comfortable with in a Republican successor.

    1. This is going to be a clusterpluck all the way around. The answer is for everyone to remember their constitutional principles and go back to them. There is a reason the president isn't allowed to legislate.

    2. The founding fathers didn't want a dictator. The President feels differently about that philosophy -- and he does claim to be a "Constitutional scholar".
