  2. OK CW, I've got a 5.5lb flat cut brisket that's been in a magic concoction of spices and brine over the last 12 days. This Saturday it will be taken to Bodega Bay, cooked up in the traditional manner with cabbage, taters, sprouts, carrots and turnips, served with a couple loaves of homemade Irish soda bread, butter and copious amounts of Guinness. If I'm not back by Wednesday, call the Shore Patrol.
